  • This is back to back races with Williams racing driver Alex Albon crashed and the third big crash that Williams has had to endure over two race weekends. Resulting in over $2M worth of car damages.

  • Yuki Tsunoda continues to excel after finishing P10 and scoring a point on his home turf this past weekend.

Red Bull looking elsewhere for 2025 driver candidates 🧐

Red Bull plans to look outside their current sister team Red Bull CashApp for their 2025 driver seat.

Helmut Marko stated, “The question is: Has Yuki become a high-flyer, or is Daniel so weak? There is no objective answer after three races on three completely different course”.

Many people around F1 believe the Red Bull seat will be between Sergio Perez, Carlos Sainz, or Fernando Alonso. It will be interesting to see if Red Bull sticks with their current 2024 driver lineup or switch things up.

Turkish GP looking to make return 🏎️

It has been two years since F1 hosted a race in Turkey and with new Istanbul Park owners, they are looking to bring F1 back to Turkey by 2026.

This past month FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayme visited Turkey to talk with Turkish President Erdogan about making a return to both Formula 1 and World Rally Championship.

Turkish President Erdogan stated, “Istanbul Park is a modern circuit which is popular with drivers while the city of Istanbul is a thriving metropolis which would welcome a return of Formula 1 with open arms”.
