Jos Verstappen’s tension with Christian Horner 😤

Even with Max Verstappen winning 8-straight grand prix victories, Verstappen’s dad Jos Verstappen has reported a potential move for his son.

He has stated concerns around Christian Horner’s allegations and Red Bull’s culture under Horner.

In a interview with Daily Mail, Jos stated, ā€œIt will explode. He is playing the victim when he is the one causing teh problems.ā€

Jos Verstappen plans to miss the Saudi Grand Prix this upcoming weekend. He also has plans to meet up with Toto Wolff during the build-up of the race.

Alpine’s organizational changes šŸ› ļø

After a weekend where we saw Alpine place P17 & P18, management announced organizational changes across its technical team.

Technical Director Matt Harman and Head of Aerodynamics Dirk de Beer resigned from their positions at Alpine.

The changes have come where the team placed fourth in 2022 and sixth in 2023.

Bruno Famin, VP of Alpine stated, ā€œWe have decided to make these organizational changes as we can clearly see that we are not where we want nor need to be in terms of performance levelā€.

FIA president under investigation šŸ”Ž

FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem is under investigation for allegedly interfering over an F1 race results.

Sulayem supposedly intervened to overturn a 10-second penalty given to Aston Martin’s Fernando Alsono at the 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Resulting in Alonso placing P3 instead of P4.

FIA at the time stated that the decision was overturned due to a discussion between the cars while serving a penalty in the pits.
